By accessing, paying and using SilKi Movements LLC services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Main Studio (bottom floor)

Available for:

Large Group/Event (up to 36 people - including instructor/host)

Small Group/ Event (up to 8 people- including instructor/host)

This rental includes:
- Access to the 'Main Studio' (located on the 1st floor)
- Studio lighting
- Large Bluetooth speaker
- One (1) phone tripod
- Bathroom access (located on the 2nd floor)

*Does not include access to kitchen area or upper lounge

*Any other items must be approved by owner

Golden Era Studio (second floor)

Available for:

Small Group/ rehearsal (up to 3 people- including instructor/host)

This rental includes:
- Access to the 'Golden Era Studio' (located on the 2nd floor)
- Studio lighting
- Bluetooth speaker
- One (1) phone tripod
- Bathroom access (located on the 2nd floor)

*Does not include access to kitchen area or upper lounge

*Any other items must be approved by owner

Whole Studio (first & second floor)

This allows you private access to both floors of the building, lighting, speakers, and bathroom. Includes upper lounge. No kitchen access or use permitted.
